As Senior HR Business Partner for our Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) Business Unit in Delft, you are the strategic people partner to local TTH leaders and a key enabler of the TTH transformation. You shape and execute the People agenda aligned with business priorities, elevate leadership and team effectiveness, and ensure flawless delivery of the HR cycle. You combine strategic partnering with hands-on execution, data-driven decision support, and change leadership in a dynamic, scientific and multicultural environment.
Your key Responsibilities
• Supports TTH teams at the Delft site, collaborating with local leaders, HR CoEs, HR Operations, and TA; influences local and global programs to harmonize practices and enhance organizational performance.
• Translates business strategy into site People agendas; leads workforce planning, organizational design, and strategic decision-making on investments and priorities.
• Talent, Leadership & Culture Development: Manages end-to-end talent cycle (succession, critical roles, leadership pipeline); coaches leaders on performance, engagement, and wellbeing; drives culture, inclusion, and high-performance behaviors.
• HR Performance & Operational Excellence: Oversees annual HR processes (performance reviews, pay cycles, STI) with quality and consistency; ensures compliance, data accuracy, and seamless employee experience.
• HR Analytics & Decision Support: Uses People Analytics and site/BU metrics to identify trends and risks; provides evidence-based recommendations and promotes data literacy among managers.
• Transformation & Change Management: Co-leads local transformation initiatives, guiding teams through role clarity, adoption of new operating models, and sharing best practices across sites.
• Strategic Projects & Light People Leadership: Leads prioritized HR projects at Delft; manages or coaches trainees or small cross-functional teams to increase impact and execution speed.

You bring
• Experience & Education: 5–7+ years of progressive HRBP experience in complex, matrixed, and fast-moving environments, ideally in scientific/technical organizations; proven in talent management, org design, change leadership, and HR cycle ownership; Bachelor’s degree required, HR qualification or Master’s a plus.
• HR Tools & Systems: Strong fluency with HRIS, People Analytics dashboards, and digital collaboration tools.
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Connects people implications to business priorities, simplifies complexity, and drives evidence-based decision-making.
• Talent & Performance Management: Skilled in talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, and performance enablement.
• Employee Relations & Ethics: Demonstrates sound judgment, fairness, and confidentiality; balances employee advocacy with business enablement.
• Communication, Influence & Change Agility: Effectively communicates complex topics to diverse, scientific, and multicultural audiences; leads change, designs transitions, and fosters adoption.
• Collaboration & Project Leadership: Operates as part of a global HR team, shares best practices, and manages projects with clear scope, timelines, and outcomes.
