INTRODUCTION
The Regional EU Sales Dairy (Fresh Diary and Cheese) Solutions, Ingredient Solutions (ISOL) team drives commercial excellence across dsm firmenich’s cheese and fresh dairy ingredients portfolio. We combine strategic sales leadership, technical solution expertise, and seamless cross-functional collaboration to help our customers enhance product quality, operational efficiency, sustainability, and profitability.
To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Sales Director Dairy (Fresh Dairy & Cheese), a key leadership role that will shape our solution driven approach and accelerate our commercial growth. In this position, you will design and execute a long-term strategic sales roadmap while empowering both sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer value.
Working closely with your manager, the VP Regional Sales ISOL EU, and in partnership with Business Management, Application Development, and Marketing teams, you will help define our future market vision and ensure its alignment with our product portfolio. As a core member of the regional leadership team, your insights and decisions will play a critical role in steering the future success of our dairy business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Shape Strategic Direction: Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy for the ISOL Diary business across Europe, aligned with growth ambitions.
• Deliver Short-Term Impact: Implement a 12-month business plan to accelerate growth and meet defined targets.
• Champion Solution Selling: Lead by example to drive cross-selling and integrated solution opportunities within the team.
• Bring Market Intelligence: Provide actionable insights and external perspectives to strengthen customer-centric strategies.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key functions to deliver holistic, value-driven solutions for customers.
• Drive Performance: Achieve business growth in line with KPIs agreed upon with your manager.
• Build Global Connectivity: Cultivate strong relationships with the global Beverage Business team to ensure alignment and synergy.
• Team Development: Develop and inspire a high-performing regional sales team, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability

YOU BRING
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent expertise demonstrated through significant professional achievements.
• 10+ years of proven success in a senior commercial or sales leadership role within B2B or B2C environments in the food, or nutritional ingredients sector.
• Deep expertise in the cheese and fresh dairy category; experience with flavours is considered a strong plus.
• Demonstrated excellence in commercial and project pipeline management, ensuring strategic prioritization and consistent delivery.
• A strategic mindset capable of balancing long-term ambition with hands-on operational execution.
• A strong customer-centric approach and the ability to influence and align internal stakeholders across functions. Empathetic, people-focused leadership style, committed to team development, coaching, and engagement.
• Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across diverse teams, cultures, and geographies within a complex matrix environment.
• Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset paired with sharp business and financial acumen.
