What does this role entail?
As a Salesforce Administrator at CIS, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's ability to scale and operate efficiently. We have developed a Salesforce environment tailored to support our unique business processes. We are looking for an advanced Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help us optimize our Salesforce platform to drive efficiency and enhance user experience. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Salesforce environment, focusing on backend configuration, issue resolution, ensuring data integrity, and supporting integrations with key tools like Fonteva, Certinia, Account Engagement, and CRM analytics. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical administrator skills.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be based at the CIS office in Leiden, the Netherlands, and will be responsible to the Chief Operations Officer for overall results.
What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT (a Salesforce team of 3 people) and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that support organizational projects, enhance user experience, and improve system functionality.
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, monitoring system performance, maintaining permission configurations, overseeing license allocation, and managing user support tickets.
- Implement process improvements, identifying opportunities for system improvements and automation within Salesforce and implementing backend configurations to enhance overall functionality, streamline operations, and drive efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance through oversight of the CRM system to maintain system reliability and data integrity.
- Manage and install Salesforce upgrades and releases, ensuring new features and enhancements are tested, documented, and deployed effectively while minimizing disruption to business operations and users.
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders including internal product owners, business representatives and other stakeholders to keep improving Salesforce for organizational needs.
- Support system integrations with key tools like Fonteva, Certinia, Account Engagement, and CRM analytics.
- Deliver user support and training, providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
