Remuneration and Benefits Manager
Climate Fund Managers
Introduction
At Climate Fund Managers (CFM), we are bold, respectful, and deliver with impact - driven by one mission: to finance a sustainable future. Join us in making it happen.
We turn this mission into action by raising and deploying blended climate finance funds in partnership with public and private stakeholders, delivering climate-resilient solutions at scale and pace across emerging markets in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. With over USD 2.8 billion under management and targeting an additional USD 4 billion, we manage 50 active projects across our Climate Investor One, Two, and Three equity funds, and have recently expanded into private credit through the GAIA Climate Loan Fund - focusing on renewable energy, green hydrogen, energy transmission, water, waste and sanitation, and biodiversity and ocean infrastructure.
Founded in 2015 as a joint venture between Dutch development bank FMO and Sanlam InfraWorks of the Sanlam Group (South Africa), we operate as a global team with offices in The Hague, Cape Town, Singapore, and Bogotá.
