We are looking for an ambitious and proactive IT Intern to support our IT Operations team. As an IT Intern, you will play a critical role in day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth workflows and reducing the workload of the IT Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT and security while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the ticketing system, including escalating and prioritising tickets as needed.
- Handle device management and respond to physical hands-on IT requests.
- Assist with network and asset management.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees in collaboration with HR.
- Contribute to SaaS management and other IT operational tasks.
- Perform facility-related tasks as required.
- Gain exposure to cybersecurity, automation, and ISO27001 compliance practices.
- Work on creating a automated environment with hyper automation
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an HBO-level degree in IT or a related field.
- Experience with ticketing systems (required).
- Basic understanding of network and device management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Must be based in the Netherlands, preferably in Zuid-Holland or Noord-Holland.
Duration: Start with 3 months. Possibility of another 3 month extension.
