Cassini Technologies is a MedTech scaleup that develops ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical guidance devices used by surgeons and clinics across Europe, the US, and a growing international distributor network. Our indirect channel is expanding fast and this role sits at the centre of that build-out.

As Associate Channel Manager, you'll own the operational and commercial heartbeat of our global distributor channel. That means bringing new partners on board, keeping relationships tight, making sure orders move, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. It's a broad, hands-on role with partner-facing responsibility from day one and as the channel scales, so does your ownership.

What you will do

  • Support execution of the global channel sales strategy through active management of distributor pipeline data, sales tracking, and performance reporting
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new channel partners setting them up for a strong start
  • Keep pipeline, sales performance, and partner data sharp so the business always knows where it stands
  • Be the go-to contact for your distributor portfolio, progressively taking on greater ownership of relationship management and commercial outcomes
  • Own the operational backbone: order coordination, invoicing, logistics, and cross-functional follow-through
  • Keep partner documentation, agreements, and compliance records complete and up to date in line with regulatory requirements
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to building more scalable ways of working as the channel function grows

What we are looking for

  • A background in B2B commercial, operations, or account management; channel or indirect sales experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, International Business, Marketing, or similar
  • Strong organisational skills and structured follow-through; you manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Proactive and self-starting; you take ownership and close the loop without needing to be chased
  • Clear and confident communicator, in writing and in conversation, with both internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable in a scale-up environment where things move quickly
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus
  • Medical device or regulated industry experience is a bonus but a sharp eye for quality and precision is what we're really after
