Support startup, commissioning, and stabilization of production campaigns.
Monitor reactor and process parameters at defined intervals.
Challenge or persuade third parties in a production environment.
Analyze QC data and translate results into process adjustments.
Issue instructions to plant operators to adjust reactor and process settings.
Lead real-time troubleshooting of reactor behaviour.
Balance production output, cost efficiency, and product quality.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed during production.
Coordinate closely with other Production Supervisors.
Analyze production data to improve operational performance.
Support post-production logistics and material handover.
Why join?
Impact: Play a critical role in CarbonX’s production campaigns where your decisions directly affect performance, efficiency, and quality.

Team Culture: Join a collaborative, transparent, and feedback-driven team where cross-functional coordination is key.
Innovation: Be part of building and optimizing cutting-edge production technologies.
Benefits: Competitive salary, commuting allowance, 25 days of annual paid leave, 30% ruling support if applicable.
Who you are
You’re a technically strong and composed production professional who thrives in high-pressure operational environments.
You combine analytical thinking with practical decision-making and feel comfortable taking ownership of critical production outcomes.
Requirements
BSc/MSc in Chemical Engineering or similar.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial chemical, oil/gas, or carbon black manufacturing.
Strong background in control room operations.
Experience with continuous chemical processes.
Demonstrated experience with operational troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills.
You are comfortable travelling abroad for production projects for up to 3-4 months per year.
Ready to join us?
