The Sales Team:

Our Sales team, led by the VP of Sales, consists of 10 members organized into four sub-teams: Maritime, New Business, and Customer Success. As we grow, we are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role is located in the Netherlands and requires a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with business travel clients through video calls, phone, or in-person meetings, particularly focusing on US-based customers.

  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within the business travel sector, targeting corporate clients, with a special focus on US-based customers, and leverage industry knowledge to grow market share.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to convert qualified leads into successful partnerships.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive company growth and success.

  • Native American Focus: Be responsible for engaging and closing deals with US-based customers, ensuring a strong presence in the American market.

Role Requirements:

  • Travel Industry Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales within the travel industry, preferably in business travel.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Language Proficiency: Native American.

  • Location: Based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days home office).
