Your responsibilities are:</strong></p>

  • Training materials / inventory management.</li>
  • Support in developing communication materials.</li>
  • Support and registration training certificates.</li>
  • Independently and proactively organizing and planning sessions and training programs.</li>
  • Organizing trips for external trainers.</li>
  • Communication with training agencies for planning and invoicing.</li></ul>

    You can make your mark as program coordinator if you have:</strong></p>

    • Good command of English and Dutch, spoken and written.</li>
    • Familiar with the usual software, Word/Excel/Outlook/MS Teams/Sharepoint.</li>
    • Work experience in an international organization (big plus).</li></ul>

        • Your team</u>: You will be part of the corporate SHEQ team consisting of 8 colleagues. You will report to the director corporate SHEQ. </li>
        • Where you will work:</u> You will be based in the head office in Papendrecht.</li>
        • Full/part-time job:</u>The position of NINA program coordinator is a fulltime job (40 hours a week), 32 hours per week is negotiable.</li>
