Project: Legal Internship

Duration: 3 months (at least 32 hours a week)

Remuneration: 1000 euro per month plus expenses (based on 40 hours p/week)

Language: Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Study: Business Law, Corporate Law, Technology Law.

Location: Groothandelsgebouw Rotterdam. In-office 4 days per week.

Start: September 2023.

For this internship, you must be based in Rotterdam.

The company

Bondify is a Fintech/LegalTech company creating a global platform in consecutive steps – each of which will impact the world of corporate finance and corporate law. We are currently bringing a contract automation platform to market. A smart software tool that will help lawyers and in-house legal departments to draft complex legal documents digitally – in a much easier and faster way than ever before.

The team

We are a cross-functional, very diverse team of highly motivated professionals consisting of developers, lawyers, and marketers. Team members come from different parts of the world, providing us with a wide range of perspectives, insights, and knowledge. The language in the office is English. The culture is informal.

The role

We have a position for a highly motivated student (almost or freshly graduated) to join our team as a Legal Intern to help us build an innovative legal and finance platform. This is an internship in which you will be given a lot of responsibility. You will certainly learn a lot! Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Composing and creating smart templates: contribute to filling the platform with templates and interviews, including everything that is somehow related to this;
• Contribute to the legal features (software requirements) and designs for improvement of the corporate lending platform, most notably the Contract Drafting Engine, and provide input and (test)feedback to the IT team regarding these features when delivered;
• Help onboard, train, and advise new (legal) customers;
• Demonstrate our platform to legal clients;
• Internal legal counsel work for Bondify;

We will make sure you will gain sufficient product knowledge of our document drafting solution and that you will understand bonds from a legal and financial perspective.

Requirements:

● A bachelor’s or master’s student/fresh graduate in Technology Law, Business Law, Corporate Law, or a related field.

● Professional English level, both oral and written.

● Passion for technology.

● Hands-on mentality and proactivity.
