We are looking for a Senior Cost Engineer to develop, monitor, and control project costs, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across complex engineering projects.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Develop and validate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts in line with project scope and execution plans.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
- Analyse cost variances, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to mitigate financial risks.
- Consolidate and maintain accurate cost reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to support decision-making.
- Challenge project assumptions and provide insights to ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Support change management processes, including cost impact assessments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost control processes and tools.
Requirements Senior Cost Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 5─10 years of experience in cost engineering, cost control, or project controls within engineering, construction, or oil & gas projects.
- Strong experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of project controls methodologies and cost management practices.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments (EPC/Offshore preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in cost control tools, Excel, and reporting systems.
- Professional certifications (e.g., AACE, PMP, CCE) are a plus!
