We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead the planning and execution of multidisciplinary EPC scopes. In this role, you'll be responsible for the schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder coordination to deliver complex projects safely, on time and on spec.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Build and control integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress KPIs.
- Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, fabrication/construction, and commissioning.
- Perform/lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and feasibility studies, drive mitigations and corrective actions.
- Manage change control (scope, cost, schedule) and support commercial/contractual decisions with the PM team.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and HSE requirements to assure quality of technical deliverables.
- Liaise with clients, classification/regulatory bodies, and contractors, chair reviews and coordination meetings.
- Prepare concise status reports and forecasts; escalate issues early with data-driven recommendations.
- Mentor and guide project engineers; promote lessons learned and continuous improvement.
- Support procurement: package strategies, technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews.
- Oversee document control for the assigned scope and ensure timely handover of deliverables.
Requirements Senior Project Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years of project engineering experience in oil & gas or comparable EPC environments.
- Proven leadership coordinating multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong command of planning cost control (e.g., MS Project / Primavera) and project reporting.
- Solid grasp of risk management, change control, and contract/commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and resolve issues.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organised, able to prioritise in deadline-driven settings.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations, commitment to quality and HSE.
- Ability to travel occasionally to vendors, yards, or sites as project needs require.
