We are looking for a Contract Manager to oversee and execute contract administration for engineering and construction projects, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining accurate commercial records throughout the project lifecycle.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Manage main contracts and subcontract agreements from initiation through close-out.
- Monitor and expedite contract deliverables, ensuring all parties meet their obligations on schedule.
- Track performance and compliance with contractual terms, flagging and resolving potential issues.
- Maintain commercial and contractual awareness across the project team via regular reporting and workshops.
- Ensure the full auditability of all contract dealings through meticulous record-keeping and documentation.
- Provide ongoing contract feedback, amendments, and clarifications during project execution.
- Oversee warranty and guarantee period management, including claims and dispute support.
Requirements Contract Manager
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Management, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in EPCI or major engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, model contracts, and pre-contract negotiations.
- Proven ability to administer contracts, manage changes, and lead contractual close-out.
- Skilled in commercial negotiation, claims handling, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for audit-ready record-keeping.
- Effective communicator, able to align internal stakeholders on contractual matters and risks.
