In this diverse role of high impact within our matrix organization, we are hiring an energized, inclusive, and forward-thinking Business Manager Reflective Solutions EMENA to join our EMEA Sales team in our Reflective Solutions business (reflectives.averydennison.com) on a hybrid working model based out of our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, The Netherlands with direct reporting line to our Senior Business Director EMEA & APAC.

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

• Sales Growth: Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in international markets.
• Leadership Coaching: Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strategic Analysis: Strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Communication Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Academic Fluency: An MBA or equivalent, fluency in English, and at least one other European language.
• Financial Process: Financial understanding and a process-oriented mindset.
