We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Consultancy Services at ATG Europe HQ in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
Assist with the preparation of mission reports to EUSPA and with the calculation of the amounts ATG can claim from EUSPA/Business Partners;
Support with the management of missions, verifying correctness of consultants' mission expense claims;
Process timesheets and deliverables lists, including updating the overviews for the ATG business partners;
Track the advancement of deliverables for ATG employees and ATG freelancers monthly, together with their timesheets;
Request and process quarterly reports and deliverables list from ATG consultants, checking and formatting them correctly to enable ATG to report and invoice;
Oversee and manage employee business travel, from initiation to completion as Business Trip Coordinator, reviewing requests and statements to ensure compliance with business trip rules.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field;
At least 3 years of relevant experience;
Comfortable with managing financial administration, including expense claims and reporting;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel;
Experience in a similar role is an asset;
Knowledge of the International Agencies environment is an asset;
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
