Goal

The Senior Corporate Business Advisor provides senior-level business planning, performance management, and analytical support to the Company’s P&CEO and Leadership Team to enable effective execution of company priorities and strategic objectives. The role leads end-to-end business planning and performance processes across assigned organizations, supports executive decision-making, and contributes to the alignment of financial, operational, and strategic initiatives across the business and international footprint.

The role integrates and analyses complex financial, operational, and strategic information to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives, and develops reasoned, forward-looking insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

Through advanced analytical judgment and deep understanding of business drivers, the Senior Corporate Business Advisor translates complex data into actionable intelligence, supports decision-making, and ensures alignment between short-term operational priorities and long-term organizational objectives. Operating with a high degree of independence and professional autonomy, the role plans, prioritizes, and adjusts activities in response to changing business and strategic demands, with accountability for the quality, accuracy, and impact of advice provided.

The Senior Corporate Business Advisor operates as a trusted senior business partner within a complex environment, coordinating with senior stakeholders across the organization to influence outcomes, harmonize planning practices, and deliver sustained value through high-impact business planning and performance management support.

Functional Specific Responsibilities

  • Participate proactively in corporate planning and performance management activities, including continuous goal setting, ongoing performance conversations, and development activities that support sustained improvement in organizational performance.
  • Ensure regular and effective status updates through structured reporting, executive‑level presentations, and update meetings to enable transparency, alignment, and informed decision‑making.
  • Support Board and senior leadership preparations by developing high‑quality, engaging presentations and consolidating inputs from across the organization, acting as lead or designated back‑up as required.
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of Weekly Highlights reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Accountability reporting by consolidating, validating, and challenging business information for Aramco counterparts and internal stakeholders.
  • Support month‑end closing activities by coordinating accruals with the business and ensuring that accruals and cost corrections are reviewed and booked by Finance in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and periodic review of service rates, ensuring alignment with business requirements and financial governance standards.
  • Develop and coordinate country reports, acting as owner or back‑up as required to ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery.
  • Perform other (ad hoc) duties as directed by line management in support of evolving business priorities and operational requirements.

Functional Specific Requirements

Qualifications:

  • General Education Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance or Business Administration
  • Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Planning, Performance Management, Financial Analysis or related discipline.
  • Requires up to 1 year of exposure to informal mentoring or peer support as part of professional experience.
  • Provides ad hoc guidance to colleagues by sharing role[1]specific knowledge, procedures, and established practices.
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including C-Suite.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of business performance monitoring, KPI development, and variance analysis.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as the ability to hold presentations to management
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboard building.
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Part 1 and Part 2 (preferred for strong financial planning profiles).
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar business analysis certification preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 (preferred for planning cycle management).
  • Data analytics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Certification)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred for process improvement and efficiency monitoring).
