- Strong people business partnering experience
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Strong business acumen
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the business, their functional area, and interdependencies with other functions.
- Ability to work independently within a broad framework, exercising clear authority, and solving complex challenges by accurately identifying underlying factors/causes.
- Situation awareness of potential impact of proposed solutions outside their immediate area and work cross-functionally to mitigate as needed
