The Facility Manager is responsible for facility management of the site, including: service, maintenance and cost management of building, MHE, machinery and racking, supplier vendor management and site sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire site facility management such as but not limited to MHE machinery and racking in terms of service, maintenance and cost.
- Responsible for facility maintenance budgets and reporting
- Ensures a good cost to maintain the site whilst offering high quality on facility management in line with budgets
- Engages with Area/Regional Procurement team to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines
- Is primary contact person for facility related suppliers and landlord(s).
- Performs MHE tests during onboarding process and in-house MHE training.
- Performs daily warehouse gemba walks to monitor correct use of MHE, working materials and other PBM’s etc
- Advises on workplaces, materials, instructions in coordination with the line managers to reduce identified risks.
- Cooperates in emergency procedures/first aid.
- Drive the necessary KPI’s of the site
- Ensures a qualitative and good cost to serve and maintain the site
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or University degree
- 3+ years’ experience in facility management
- Knowledge of TAPA FSR, ISO certification or other international standards is a definite plus
- Experience in a multinational, working with various cultures across the globe is an advantage
- Strong technical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and written (reporting) on different levels in the organization
- Strong program management skills including budgeting and planning
- Ability to respond to emergency situations involving facility incidents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Critical thinking
- Strong communication
- Willingness to act independently
For this position, fluent Dutch is required as well as advanced level of English.
