Shape Global Impact Through Logistics
At Maersk, we offer more than just a job — we offer a career that puts you at the heart of global trade, humanitarian response, and government logistics. As part of a truly global team, you'll work in a fast-moving, values-driven environment where you can grow, lead, and help build solutions that keep the world connected — even in its most critical moments.

Why Maersk?

Every country, every community, and every mission depends on access to a reliable logistics network. Maersk is uniquely positioned to meet that need — as the world’s largest container logistics integrator, combining our unmatched ocean capacity, global logistics services, and terminal infrastructure into one seamless solution. Whether supporting peacekeeping missions, humanitarian response, or procurement services agencies, we bring certainty to uncertain environments.

About the Role:

As Growth Enablement Lead – Aid & Government Logistics, you’ll drive Maersk’s expansion within the European public sector. From humanitarian stockpiles and emergency deployments to complex, multi-year programs, you’ll engage key decision-makers, design tailored logistics solutions, and help accelerate our mission to serve aid and government customers with speed, scale, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with government and aid organizations across Europe
  • Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities aligned with mission-critical needs
  • Lead solution design and pricing efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal delivery capabilities
  • Represent Maersk at industry events, procurement dialogues, and stakeholder forums
  • Monitor evolving donor and government requirements to shape future offerings

What We Offer

At Maersk, you'll find a global career in an industry that truly matters. You'll have the opportunity to shape logistics solutions that make a real difference in crisis zones, defense operations, and disaster recovery efforts. We provide access to world-class development programs and international mobility, empowering you to grow your skills and broaden your horizons. Our culture is built on trust, collaboration, and resilience, and you'll work alongside a diverse, talented team that shares your passion for purpose-driven logistics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid logistics knowledge and industry insight
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, ideally in logistics or the public sector
  • Proven ability to build consultative, value-based relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and execute independently
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30–40 days per year, including to critical environments

Ready to Make an Impact?

We’re looking for a driven, mission-minded professional to help us grow our Aid & Government Logistics footprint. If you thrive in complex environments and are passionate about logistics that make a difference — we’d love to hear from you.
