We’re looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our NEC Business Support Services team, part of our dynamic Finance organization. This is more than an office job – it's a chance to be a key player in how our teams work and thrive every day.

Key responsibilities
Keep Our Offices Running Smoothly
Oversee facility operations, from coordinating housekeeping and maintenance to managing security and supplies
Support company vehicle usage and fleet logistics
Ensure health & safety standards are met and that office space is functional, comfortable, and productive
Make Sense of the Details
Keep facility and space data up to date and reliable
Create reports and summaries that help leadership make smart decisions
Be the Backbone of Our Admin Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and support day-to-day office logistics
Help keep budgets and expenses on track
Be the Friendly Face Everyone Relies On
Work with internal teams and external vendors to keep things moving
Help create a positive work environment through communication, events, and team activities
What We’re Looking For
A natural multitasker with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
Great Analytical skills
Great communication skills and a knack for building relationships
Experience in facility operations or administrative support
Comfortable using office tools and software (Excel, calendar systems, reporting tools, etc.)
A valid driver’s license (B), as occasional travel between sites is part of the role
Fluent English and Dutch
A background in business admin, facility coordination, or office operations is a plus, but what matters most is your reliability, energy, and willingness to learn
