Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising day-to-day depot operations while ensuring safety standards and operational targets are met.

• Leading shift teams to align efforts and drive results.

• Conducting regular safety audits, gemba walks, and enforcing correct PPE usage.

• Monitoring KPIs, shift performance, turn time, and consumables control (including MRP parts and overtime).

• Leading key operational meetings (purchasing, safety, maintenance, warehouse).

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and talent development.

• Ensuring cost-saving plans, billing targets, and audit readiness are achieved.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in depot, container yard, or transport operations supervision.

• Educational background in logistics, operations management, or a related field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Intermediate English (reading and verbal communication).

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
