The role:

Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to expert on contract management processes and supporting systems
Support the contract negotiation, contract drafting, standard contract designing and contract performance monitoring
Lead the development of global opportunity to agreement strategies and projects to improve internal processes and deal making efficiencies across all terminals
Design and execute a roadmap for commercial contract management, aligning with company goals
Provide project leadership and works directly on projects and/or contract administration, interpretation and compliance as group or terminal requirement.
Create and maintain commercial contracting playbooks and other shared resources; and
Facilitate updates and change management to opportunity to agreement tools, templates, software and governance
Perform analyses of contracts operational and financials, translating insights into concrete actions to drive business performance
Manage and optimize opportunity to agreement processes ensuring efficient and effective contract lifecycle management
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in commercial and/or pricing & contract excellence functions within large organizations or as a management consultant
Proven experience in developing and managing commercial contract processes and tools, along with leading training, communication, and coaching initiatives
Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) system and Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) system
Bachelor’s degree
Strong understanding of B2B commercial contracting best practice, and commercial contract terms and conditions
Excited with data insights via data analyses and communicating this into tangible solutions
Ability to negotiate, influence and communicate across levels
A highly collaborative approach, able to pull information from others with minimal impact / oversight and comfortable owning discrete deliverables
Curiosity for continuous improvement
Fluent in English – written and verbal
