The Automation Engineer will be responsible to manage, support and maintain automation equipment into logistic warehouses. Acting as the automation system superuser for the on-site operation team and ensuring system functionality during ongoing operations, providing first-level support, troubleshooting minor technical issues and coordinating the resolution of major issues with automation providers.

The role will be based in Olmos, Peru warehouse (on-site).

Role Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in supporting and maintening automation solutions for warehouses, preferably in fruit packaging or similar industries.

• 2 years of experience in supporting and mainteing automation solutions for warehouses, preferably in fruit packaging or similar industries.
• Hands-on expertise in SCADA integration and PLC programming.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and their integration with automation equipment.
• Understanding in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, software, and connectivity issues.
• Competency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Can-do attitude
• Ability to continually identify and implement solution improvements, proactively enhance processes and performance, and act on stakeholder feedback.
• Strong communication skills to effectively train operators and coordinate with suppliers.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for on-call support during critical operational periods.
• Eager to learn and execute.
• English comunication skills, both oral and written.
