Job Title: Senior IT Change & Transformation Manager (Cyber Defence)

Duration: 3 Months Renewable Contract

Workload: Full Time Hours

Setup: Freelance (Daily Rate / ZZP)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Change & Transformation Manager to lead and deliver complex organisational and technology change initiatives within a high-profile cyber defence programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management and transformation plans.
  • Engage senior business and IT stakeholders to drive adoption and successful business outcomes.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and implement effective change interventions.
  • Lead multiple change workstreams across complex IT programmes.
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and change network activities.
  • Measure change effectiveness and ensure benefits realisation.
  • Coach and mentor junior change practitioners.
  • Collaborate with communications, organisational design, learning, and continuous improvement teams.
  • Equip business teams with the tools and capabilities to sustain long-term change.

  • Experience with security operations, threat detection, endpoint security, or cloud security programmes
  • Familiarity with Falcon Insight or security investigation platforms
  • Previous experience in large multinational enterprise environments
