Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands (minimum 3 days per week onsite)

Our client is seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to deliver a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives, driving business change, operational improvement, and technology-enabled outcomes across a complex commercial operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage multiple digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and business value.
• Act as the business-facing Product Owner, defining scope, prioritising backlogs, and supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Manage delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and efficiency improvements across trading and supply chain operations.
• Support change management, user adoption, and embedding of new processes and digital solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation, project management, and operational improvement programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology functions.
• Experience in complex Trading and/or Supply Chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, product ownership, and structured project methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive outcomes.
• Experience with digital platforms, process optimisation, and business technology transformation.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro, REACT, or Microsoft Azure.
• Background in commercial operations or global transformation programmes.
