We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to support the delivery of a major industrial construction project.

Overseeing on-site civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on site.
• Manage site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to maintain key milestones.
• Coordinate the allocation and management of labour, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Act as a key interface between construction teams, engineering, and project stakeholders.
• Promote and enforce strong Health, Safety & Environmental practices on site.
• Prepare construction reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience within industrial construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Civil Supervisor role on large-scale EPC projects.
• Previous experience within LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Energy, or Heavy Industrial projects is essential.

• Deep excavations
• Foundations and reinforced concrete structures
• Underground utilities
• Heavy equipment foundations
• Industrial buildings and infrastructure
