Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector:

• Inspection of Electrical & Instrumentation installations per ITP/ITR requirements.
• Review contractor ITPs, procedures, documents.
• Sign off on the ITRs , compliance check-sheets, working on the AP Completions software.
• Compile, manage and sign off the test packs.
• Manage and issue Punch-lists, Non-conformances and drive corrective actions
• Create daily/weekly site reports
• Accompany walk down of site systems
• Managing punch-list & NCR resolution with site contractors
• Assisting commissioning teams wherever required for closure of punch-points
• Witness Site Acceptance Test

Other Requirements:

• Experienced in LV, MV and HV Electrical and Instrumentation items such as Transformers, PDCs, Motors, Panels, PLCs, DCS, Cables, Detectors, Transmitters, Gauges, Valves.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality issues.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment used by contractors.

Education / Trainings:

• Degree in Electrical or instrumentation background.
• Trained & Certified to the relevant level of ATEX

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Experience working in the oil and gas related industry on Onshore Plants.
• Proven work experience as a Quality Control Inspector at sites.
