Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector:
- Inspection of Electrical & Instrumentation installations per ITP/ITR requirements.
- Review contractor ITPs, procedures, documents.
- Sign off on the ITRs , compliance check-sheets, working on the AP Completions software.
- Compile, manage and sign off the test packs.
- Manage and issue Punch-lists, Non-conformances and drive corrective actions
- Create daily/weekly site reports
- Accompany walk down of site systems
- Managing punch-list & NCR resolution with site contractors
- Assisting commissioning teams wherever required for closure of punch-points
- Witness Site Acceptance Test
Other Requirements:
- Experienced in LV, MV and HV Electrical and Instrumentation items such as Transformers, PDCs, Motors, Panels, PLCs, DCS, Cables, Detectors, Transmitters, Gauges, Valves.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality issues.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment used by contractors.
Education / Trainings:
- Degree in Electrical or instrumentation background.
- Trained & Certified to the relevant level of ATEX
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Experience working in the oil and gas related industry on Onshore Plants.
- Proven work experience as a Quality Control Inspector at sites.
