Role Description

The Talent Lead plays a dual role in delivering high-quality recruitment oversight, account management, supplier engagement, and exceptional contractor lifecycle management across a dedicated MSP client.

This role is offered as a 12‑month contract initially, working part time, 3 days per week (24 hours per week).

This hybrid position ensures the seamless sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing support of technical professionals, while maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring full compliance with Dutch market regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement within Airswift Resourcing’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) framework.

Principle Accountabilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary daily point of contact for client hiring teams, project leads, and stakeholders.
  • Advise on recruitment strategies aligned to Dutch labour market insights and energy-sector skill trends.
  • Ensure alignment with SLAs, KPIs, reporting standards, and MSP delivery frameworks.
  • Support expansion opportunities within existing account through proactive relationship building.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the full recruitment cycle for engineering, technical, HSE, and project control roles.
  • Work with recruitment delivery on sourcing strategies tailored to niche energy-sector skills.
  • Screen and submit qualified candidates in alignment with client hiring standards.
  • Help to prepare candidates and hiring managers for interviews, ensuring a transparent and effective process.
  • Lead offer management, negotiation, and contract coordination ensuring compliance with Dutch law.
  • Utilise STAR marketing techniques to promote strong candidates and generate new leads.

Contractor Lifecycle & Service Delivery

  • Serve as the key contact for contractors from onboarding to assignment close-out.
  • Manage verification of sector-specific certifications (GWO, NOGEPA, VCA, offshore medicals).
  • Ensure accurate assignment documentation including contracts, extensions, recharges, and compliance documentation.
  • Support logistics for offshore or overseas mobilisations, site access, and pre-employment screening.
  • Resolve contractor issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of care.

Compliance & Operational Quality

  • Ensure full compliance with Dutch labour legislation, tax rules, and collective labour agreements where applicable.
  • Uphold GDPR/AVG data protection standards for all candidate and contractor information.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control teams on audits and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in Airswift’s internal systems and VMS environments.
  • Monitor turnaround times to deliver services cost-effectively and efficiently.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Generate reports on fill rates, time-to-hire, contractor performance, and MSP KPIs.
  • Track manpower schedules, run rates, and project workforce forecasts.
  • Provide regular updates to Service Managers and Program Directors.

Supplier Engagement

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new vendor agencies to the MSP, ensuring that company governance and compliance needs are adhered too.
  • Distribute all live requirements accross the supply chain supported by the VMS technology in place.
  • Engage with suppliers and manage queries on live requirements.
  • Coordinate with support from the Program Director, regular performance reviews of the supply chain.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Proven background in recruitment, service delivery, or MSP environments.
  • Staffing background is preferred.
  • Experience within the energy sector strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and workforce data.
  • Knowledge of Dutch labour law and GDPR/AVG or willingness to develop this expertise.
  • Ability to travel to client location close to The Hague.
